What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and certified cheques (or checks if you prefer), and money orders. Sorry but we no longer accept personal checks. The credit card transactions are handled through a 128-bit encrypted secure server.
Do you accept other currency besides the US dollar?
Yes! Simply select from our three choices on the home page. Please note all credit cards will be charged in US funds when processed. The currency change is meant for reference only.
I live outside of North America, will you ship to me?
Most likely we can. We ship worldwide provided DHL or UPS goes there or some form of registered post is available. Contact us with your order request and location and we will provide you with some shipping options.
Can I buy these same MerchMonkey.com products at a concert?
Some of them, but not all. Most of the products we supply for touring are sold on the web site and most of the web site items are offered on tour. We tend to offer a wider range of sizes on line and some of the more unusual items that are not always offered on tour.
What if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to keep some stock on all our items and lots of stock on the big sellers. If we are out of stock on any item and it will delay shipping by more than a week, we will let you know in case you want to make another choice.
What is your return policy?
Items returned in original condition will be credited for the item price (not shipping) against a replacement order. If you received a defective product, send it back and we will send out a replacement.
I have products your MerchMonkey.com customers would like, can I have their contact info?
Forget it! Not going to happen. We DO NOT share our customer info with anyone. If you have a product that you think should be on MerchMonkey.com then contact us and we can discuss with you.

How long will it take to get my order?
Depends...all orders are processed within the next 3 business days. As soon as the payment clears we ship your order out to you. Generally, shipping to most places in North America is 5-7 business days by courier, 2-4 weeks by other methods.

Can you get him/her/them to sign my T shirt, etc.?
Thought we would say no...didn't you? Well you are right, sort of! Imagine how much Monkeying around it would take to meet all those requests. INSTEAD...we will offer, from time to time, pre signed merch. These are signed in person, by our Artists. Note: if it says PREPRINTED SIGNATURE...that means NOT signed in person. Those are screened copies of a signature. Confused? You shouldn't be, but if you are, then ask before you buy.
